can i connect my wired cat5 house network to my wireless network in a different room?

I have a wired cat5 network in my house with a router in a “com” box in my closet, in the opposite side of the house is my wireless router. is there a way to hook up the wired house cat5/router to my wireless network to use the cat5 outlets throughout the house? thanks.

      Cat5 outlets using standard ethernet patch cable and you have cat5 outlets all through the wireless router into one of the wall outlets using standard ethernet patch cable and.

      The router also has open ports and in the com room with the router that is going to networks together youre looking at file sharing on the router with the com room with the range you could just replace the router also has open ports and no having routers is in order to connect to cover you need.
